Materials

- double-sided tape
- glue
- single-hole punch
- ribbon, yarn or string
Directions
- Print and cut out the paper party hat pattern.
- Trace the pattern onto the back of the 8 x 10 sheet of scrapbook paper.
- Cut out the pattern.
- Use the glue or double-sided tape to connect the sides of the paper.
- With this seam in the back, punch one hole on each side of hat.
- Cut two lengths of ribbon approximately one foot each.
- Make a knot in one end of each piece and thread the other end through the hat. You may also want to glue the ribbon inside the hat for additional support.
